The PWio20 low lift pallet truck with a load capacity of 2.0 t is ideal for transporting and storing goods over short distances in industry, trade and distribution. This low-lift truck is designed for demanding applications in pedestrian operation, is extremely manoeuvrable and shows its capabilities especially when transporting heavy loads in goods distribution, production or storage.

Ergonomic Controls
For easy and user-friendly control of the low lift truck, we've placed all the controls on the ergonomically designed handle in a way that works well for both right-handed and left-handed operators. The handle's generous size allows operators to maintain a safe distance, ensuring maximum safety during operation.
Lithium-Ion Battery
The PWio20 has a standard lithium-ion battery with a 100 Ah capacity. This battery is easy to recharge without harming its lifespan using the built-in 30 A charger. You can charge it at any 230 V socket, and it only takes 10 minutes to recharge 7% of its capacity. By using Li-Ion technology, the device boasts improved operational readiness, as there's no need for time-consuming battery replacements. Additionally, Li-Ion technology not only enhances productivity but also results in significant cost savings in terms of maintenance, infrastructure, and battery replacement. This makes Li-Ion batteries a cost-effective choice for operators seeking high performance, durability, rapid charging capabilities, and robust safety standards.

Compact and Easy to Handle: The PWio20 Ensures Maximum manoeuvrability
The PWio20 features an impressively tight turning radius of just 1320 mm. With a chassis length of only 470 mm (L2 dimension), an overall width of 714 mm, and a featherweight tare weight of 280 kg, it's exceptionally lightweight and compact. This makes it an ideal choice for manoeuvring in confined workspaces like storage areas, sales rooms, or for easy transport on trucks.
Low operating costs due to simple maintenance
The use of proven AC controllers makes the PWio20 pallet truck an extremely maintenance-friendly warehouse helper. Should a malfunction nevertheless occur, the error code indication in the display provides the service technician with information about the possible cause. The truck offers easy access for service and maintenance work. In addition, the service technician can easily programme all driving parameters via the display.
