Is the protection of employees guaranteed?
Safety, health and welfare are of our highest priority. That is why we have reacted quickly and decisively to the spread of Covid-19. We followed the recommendations of health organizations such as the WHO, and introduced extensive measures to protect our employees: starting with the adoption of comprehensive hygiene measures and binding regulations on personal contact with colleagues. A crisis committee assesses the situation on a daily basis to ensure that measures are observed and implemented quickly.
Does CLARK Europe continue to meet with customers?
We are still available for you. For this purpose, we prefer to use digital communication channels in order to reduce direct, physical contact as much as possible. In addition, our customers and partners will continue to receive the best possible support as usual. We do everything in our power to protect our employees, customers and business partners and to safeguard our business.
Will production and delivery at the plants continue?
Deliveries are still possible. Due to border closures and other official measures, delays may occur at some locations. Here we ask for your understanding. We are in constant contact with our plants. The production of new vehicles continues. It is our primary goal to keep the effects of the current situation on our customers as low as possible. For this reason, our task force discusses the latest developments every day in order to be able to react as quickly as possible. You can be assured, everyone is doing their best to ensure production and delivery even under the current circumstances.
Is the supply of CLARK spare parts guaranteed?
Yes, we are here for you as usual. Our team does its best to ensure smooth processes and to guarantee regular service and your spare parts supply. Even if the current situation may cause minor delays in the dispatch chain, our warehouse is ready for you to deliver.
Is the CLARK Europe customer service available?
CLARK Europe and the CLARK dealers will continue to carry out service appointments and repairs – according to the current status. There may be restrictions in zones where the freedom of movement of our service technicians is currently restricted.
