Service technician (m/f)
for our electrical and combustion-engine industrial trucks.
Your assignment comprises:
• Servicing and repair of electrical and combustion-engine industrial trucks
• Certification of the quality inspection called ´UVV under legal requirements
• Taking care of all operations on customer´s location or in the factory
• Customer communication in line with customer requirements
• Evaluation and estimation of damage as technical base for issuing quotations
Your Profile:
• Engineer/ mechatronics technician with specialisation in industrial trucks, machines for structural engineering, agricultural machines, industrial machines or related fields
• Ideally experienced in the above-mentioned fields
• Reliability
• Pleasure in work
• A neat appearance
• Cordiality and professional competence in dealing with customers
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team
• Interest in a long-term collaboration

Sales representative (m/f)
for our electrical and combustion-engine industrial trucks.
Your assignment comprises:
• Sales of new and used machines in the field
• Handling of customer requests and tender preparation
• Close cooperation with the departments of service, hiring and indoor service
• Customer acquisition
• Maintenance and enhancement of the established customer base
Your Profile:
• Third level education
• First professional experience in distribution of technical products (experiences in the field of industrial trucks or in industrial and agricultural machines are an advantage)
• Persuasiveness, excellent communication skills, readiness of mind
• Negotiating skills
• Sociability, secure and engaging appearance
• well-founded knowledge of MS Office
